Pros
Good People You get paid... I guess.
Cons
No room for advancement Tattling encouraged Low pay and promises of "raises" that rarely happen Sales Team under intense pressure to generate "Net-New Customers" Warehouse & Admins under intense pressure to keep up without adding any support Completely averse to change of any kind Forced social gatherings take the place of raises, benefits, or time-off Managers fail to understand basic business concepts No reward for extra-time or effort Pretend to care about employees Very secretive (despite forcing all employees to watch a video from 1980 every year about how important it is to share all information with employees) Thinking, creativity, and innovation are discouraged Benefits are a joke and only exist because of new federal laws Offices spread out across 3 states, but they try to manage all branches from 1 location Have a habit of preaching about the importance of things that they never do (communicate, evaluate the process, treat people with respect, etc.) Reward incompetent employees and ignore the hard-working, intelligent, courteous, intelligent ones Customer service is horrible Unbelievable markups on all equipment, service, and supplies View all employees as "replaceable" Short-sighted goals and strategies A very non-diverse staff (white, males, 30-50; women are only in receptionist-like positions) Make promises that are rarely kept Sexual harassment is condoned And so on and so forth... If you are employed there, I'm sorry.
