      Pros

      Run. Run. Run. Ask why they’ve lost all the good people, apparently to the tune of 40% in the last year.

      Cons

      Too many to name. Leadership is running the company into the ground. The new president is an unapproachable person who clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. Everyone fears her and the excuse is English is her second language. The CEO was apparently anointed. Not actually earned. Drinking is his way of making sure the company gets business. But yet we are desperate for business.

      Pros

      GFF has been a great place to work and I've grown exponentially. They are always willing to work with you and be flexible with your life. They embrace work-life balance.

      Cons

      Always very busy, but that is just the nature of the industry. Busy means you're employed so it isn't a bad thing!

      I cannot think of any pros.

      Cons

      -Management is toxic -Management is incompetent and dishonest -Management is unorganized -No growth opportunities/no clear path -Employee retention is laughable (over 25% of employees have left in the past year) -I do not think anyone knows what’s going on. Ever. -No work or opportunities for projects -Benefits are awful
