Pros
It was a good place to work at the start, the benefits were good and the pay was good. It was a salaried position so you knew what you were taking home.
Cons
Leaving the sole responsibility of one warehouse to one person stressed people out. Drives them to write their frustrations online because manager isn't qualified to be one. Also putting all the pressure of shipping and receiving copious amount of items to customers, then expecting couriers to deliver doesn't work either.
