I really like working in a team environment where everyone gets along. It makes work life much easier to work in a place like this.

Better incentives for PTO or time off when permitted

No pros at all at this company.

They are under investigation and class action Law suit for unpiad wages to almost every employee they have. They abandon technicians over the holidays and obviously can't pay their employees. They are fighting a class action for not paying overtime to employess and only giving standard time and trying to hide it. Very sleezy company.
