      Nothing very poor company Worst company of my career Only big talks Zero at ground reality Internal politics supported by senior management.

      Cons

      Internal Politics and unsupportive seniors and all staff Employee. Believe in hire and fire system HR will show wrong face by doing big false talks

      Very conservative mentality, people not very open-minded (Schwabe....), late against the main competitors for hybrid /EV (Bosch, ZF, Continental, Siemen-Valeo, ....). Magna policies vs. Getrag policies
