Management completely open to new ideas and provided autonomy to do the work on your own. No micro management. Good bonus opportunities. Open schedule.

Relatively low base pay.. had to make it in commission. Engineering team was very slow to produce plans.. lost business due to speed.

Continued learning opportunities, interesting contracts in government spaces, flexible hours.

Lack of guidance, minimal support from the home office to our issues in the field at the GCDC/Manassas office, sparce communication and transparency.
