      Tutto sommato GFY è un nome spendibile nel mercato del lavoro. Ufficio molto bello.

      Cons

      Non si cresce, nè in senso professionale, nè in senso economico. Middle management inesistente, il che è un bel problema per chi, seppur proattivo e motivato, ha bisogno di qualcuno che mostri come si fanno le cose (e come si fanno per bene)! Top management distaccato.

      Smart working, clients from various industries

      Cons

      Nonexistent HR, bonus never paid for mysterious and often made-up alleged reasons, directors often changing company structure without consultation and without implementation measures. Transparency and communication are never heard of. Feels like a company owned and steered by just one person, that rumors says you better never have to work with.
