Pros
Very interesting projects to work on, you learn a lot at a very fast pace which I liked. You also get to work with lots of different people throughout the office. The office itself is very nice, modern and open plan concept.
Cons
Absolutely terrible communication between upper management (partners) and regular employees. None of the partners will take any responsibility when projects go sideways, and are willing to throw lower employees under the bus. Also, incredibly poor mentor ship. No one wants their ego bruised. Also a very high turnover of employees. GEC's mandate is to hire people, use them and burn them out, then move onto the next one. I regret staying here for as long as I did. Management also doesn't seem to get the whole work/life balance concept...expect you to work ridiculous hours with below industry average pay.
