Pros

Great vacation policy and discount on GE Appliances.

Cons

You’re too busy working to take advantage of the lucrative vacation time, or asked to take a “working” vacation. Senior Leaders & Leadership are the good ‘ole boy network. Males are mainly promoted, or higher level roles are often created for them. Open Director roles are filled with outsiders, no opportunities or promotions are offered or given to existing high performing Managers. Do what your told, how your told and when your told. Director and Senior Leadership are not open to new, innovative or creative ideas. Directors are not transparent with the people they should be serving and mistakenly think “knowledge is power”. Information is only shared on a “need to know basis”. Managers are not mentored, supported or lifted up, they are torn & pushed down into knowing their place.
