Pros
Time and a half for any overtime worked, reasonably flexible with roster swapping, can work 4 days a week.
Cons
They micro manage their staff, set unreasonable KPIs which when reached they push further out. Risk & Compliance is overbearing to the point where you wonder why they don't just hire an IT team to build a system to replace the role.
