      Opportunities to work on latest jet engine technology Access to most advanced engineering resources Now providing competitive vacation packages earlier (also 2 weeks for paternity leave)

      Cons

      Management usually seems focused on meeting metrics which often drive negative behaviors Systems engineering never seems to provide enough time in schedule for projects Older employees often very cynical about any new initiatives company is pushing Lots of young engineers trying desperately to fill the shoes of the 10-15 year experience employees that don't exist, because business didn't hire anyone in 90's Forcing senior engineers to retire early even though business appears to be doing great, leaving a knowledge gap that can be tough to fill

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
