No micro-management- you don't work a ton of hours
Cons
No annual reviews. No salary/merit increases. No procedures. No retention program to keep good employees. Management does not listen to employees and does not care what they think or how they feel. Purely sales driven company(if you're not in sales, you don't matter) Owner of company only passively involved. No career path, no future. If you work here, you will hit burnout very quickly. This is not a place to go unless you are just desperate and need to find a job at any cost. Extremely high turnover.
