Pros
Have met some awesome people and made friends whilst working here, Lovely atmosphere out on the floor, have experienced zero toxicity within my work circles - super supportive and friendly people. Have had some incredible support from certain members of the leadership at this company and loads of the people I work with - had some difficult family situations to deal with and this was respected and absolutely taken into account especially on the account of the managers of my team. Cannot stress the culture is great from the time I've spent here and would not change a thing about that aspect. Also, for a young person living in Bristol the wage can be absolutley phenomenal. A really respectable base salary and after time and effort, commission can take it to the next level if that's what you're about.
Cons
At core this is a sales job, based on KPI's and week on week performance. Therefore, work here comes with all the trappings of being so. Lots of self evaluation and the work is constantly rolling, a lot of focus on continual improvement from day 1 onwards. Training is constantly being improved, from my experience to an extent there was a quite a lot of learning done on the job after onboarding. To consider though is they allow a good period of time at the start for you to find your feet regarding KPI's. In my opinion as long as you're committed and take initiative theres enough opportunity to learn and get into the flow of things.
