      Pros

      Lots of tasks, day goes by fast. Flexible schedule. Casual apparel. They work with your schedule but flexibility is a must. Multiple job title opportunities and you have your own desk.

      Cons

      Stressful tense situational issues. Low pay. High performance with no reward. Hostile work environment. Tiny clustered office with no regulated temperature controls. Multi tasking creates issues and errors due to so many interruptions.
