Pros
This is a great sales job. There are many opportunities for growth, management has an open communication style where all employees new, and old, feel spoken for, and everyone in the company is very helpful to one another. The company is growing quickly but does a great job with keeping each division small and focused. They say often they pride themselves on being a “billion dollar start up”, and it does often feel that way. The base salary is competitive for sales and there is an option to be fully remote.
Cons
Not many cons, The commission structure could be better, training isn’t as organized or structured as other companies I’ve experienced, you mostly learn from other reps and it can get confusing (not necessarily a con for some). Benefits and PTO could be better, but still competitive when considering the fully remote option. Still using older CRM systems like Oracle, but they are working on integrating everything to sales force.
