There’s no recognition for your efforts, and HR often disregards employee concerns, offering only vague or invalid excuses. It becomes clear early on that your opinion doesn’t matter. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, which reflects the poor internal culture. The company relies on extremely outdated equipment, including old computers and software, which slows down productivity and adds unnecessary stress. Basic employee needs are overlooked — no coffee, refreshments, or any kind of staff support are provided. Even the water available is of very poor quality, raising hygiene concerns. Favoritism is also common, with certain employees allowed exceptions while others are held to stricter rules, despite having the same roles.
