      Pros

      Free food, coffee is nice but is very restrictive, you have to pay for most of the food and we can’t have juices, waters, even on hot days. Salary is okay, but depends on your manager, there is no transparency about how to improve your salary.

      Cons

      CEO Tom is horrible, he does bakery visits but he never comes to say something nice, just to complain, about things he doesn’t know about. For example in the summer he came to my bakery to scold us for not having soup, when no branches serve soup during the summer. There are lots of bad stories about him tbh, he’s not an inspiring leader.
