Pros

The structure set up for team members is great. The training is comprehensive and fellow employees provide ample assistance during your trainee days. Perks like discounts at other locations or free food items are an extra bonus. Profits of the branch often trickle down to all employees which results in unexpected bonuses.

Cons

Schedules are very inflexible in terms of both days and times. Taking a leave, especially without a month's notice, is frowned upon. While performing the role of a team member, especially as a new recruit, I was often asked to handle tasks that other employees wished to avoid.

Hi, thank you for your detailed feedback! Our Bakery Managers aim to plan rotas at least 2-3 weeks in advance to enable the team to plan activities and enjoy time outside of work.
