3yHi, thank you for your detailed feedback! Our Bakery Managers aim to plan rotas at least 2-3 weeks in advance to enable the team to plan activities and enjoy time outside of work. This is also means that the BM can factor in anyone taking annual leave to ensure each shift is lead with enough support.
