Pros
The engineering staff is full of hard working great people who genuinely care about their peers and customers.
Cons
Management works in silos with little to no engagement with the staff executing the work, therefore routinely leading to ill informed decisions. The private equity buyout of GAI has led to the loss of the ESOP but only weak attempts to replace that benefit.
