Corporate HELL - DO NOT WORK HERE - Anonymous employee GAF Employee Review

I have never worked for such a disaster of a company!!! The new CEO has absolutely DESTROYED the morale and quality of life of GAF employees. Errors given to employees in certain departments while others face no repercussions for mistakes. Supervisors can't be bothered to assist their teams when short, departments are unwilling to assist other departments when needed, no one can communicate on any level, there is no sense of working together, major issues are NEVER resolved just "we're working on it", horrible work flow structure, and you are never good enough or doing enough. Do yourself a favor and work literally anywhere else. This place is a catastrophic disaster.
