I’ve been working at the company for over 6 years. During this time, I’ve grown a lot professionally. There have been plenty of opportunities to develop and take on interesting challenges. I really like the atmosphere: open, straightforward communication, supportive team, and an overall healthy company culture. Also, flexible working hours and the chance to work with strong, talented people are a big plus.
Cons
It’s a fully remote setup. Sometimes I do miss having in-person interaction with colleagues.
