Pros
Low level employees were lovely to work with. Money was okay for entry level work. Hybrid working was nicer.
Cons
Management only care about number and cases. Management fired multiple people within the first two months of me being there. Don't care for employees mental wellbeing or supporting them through working here. There was always a constant threat of being fired despite doing the most. No praise or thanks given to any employee other then those management are friends with. Very unprofessional workplace with management discussing employees infront of the office. No support after training, expected to know everything about the work and be able to solve all issues straight away. Hired multiple groups of temps whilst i was there as people left due to stress and management firing people. No care for the employees at all, seen as just workers. Managent don't care about human limits and will treat you badly if you have a slightly off day. Were not allowed to have your phone on the desks or speak much during work despite the permanent staff and management constantly talking and being on their phones. Customer service management and permanent staff were clearly good friends and would gossip about other staff memebers. Told not to help certain customers if they were too difficult and would take too long as it would mean we wouldnt get our numbers meaning customers went unassisted.
