No integrity - Security Officer G4S Employee Review

Management lacks integrity. Expect that they are lying to you. I was hired and promised $17 per hour and I’m making $14 per hour and they keep trying to get me to take a $12 per hour position. There is a huge problem with lack of communication within management. Management doesn’t care about what’s good for you their focus is on their bottom line. Overall wages are slightly above minimum wage. The company is always hiring and training but are constantly short employees.
