I get to work with people that I really enjoy being around. I leave work with a sense of accomplishment everyday. I get treated with respect, and I feel as if what I do really matters.
Cons
Working long hours, struggling to meet deadlines on large projects, and having to deal with difficult situations that never seems to have the right answer laid out for you.
