Not go for G4S. They willl treat you as slave - Lead Software Engineer G4S Employee Review

There are lots of cons: 1. They will hire you for timing 8:30 to 4:30 but after that they will change the timing from 8:30 to 10:30. There is no any IT MNC exist in world who has 10 hours working hours job. 2. All the architect of G4S are totally non-technical. They will not provide solution to your problem because they will come in the office for listening songs and for sleeping in their cabin. You have to design your requirement by own. 3. There is full of politics. The number of working resources are less than Manager and all (Who take only statuses). 4. There is so much differentiation between FTE's and Contractual's. 5. This is not an IT MNC. It's just like you are building a low unstructured ;product for some normal small shop. 6. Management will call you for working on weekends but on weekends Management itself is on leave. 7. They will provide you a low quality food in a cost of 1500/s per month. 8. The project is totally unstructured. They are changing their processes every day. Note : Please don't join this organisation.
