      Big brand in the market thus there is good acceptance in the market

      Cons

      G4S India Not willing to improvise as per the market requirements. Highly bureaucratic where there is no room for any willingness to accept any suggestions from employees, even the people sitting at good positions doesn't have any say in the final decision making. One man show. There is no employee motivation
