Pros

Fun co-workers. They really try to make it a good culture, but.... (see cons).

Cons

Super high turnover. Lots of people leave in less than a year. Management takes negative feedback personally, so I would smile and wave unless you want to get fired over it. Work-life balance is not a thing. The top performers basically live there. Benefits are unaffordable. Pay structure constantly changing...actually everything is constantly changing, so enjoy!

Pros

Small company-family style! And great benefits

Cons

Since it’s small there’s not a huge jump for upward mobility but they have a great 5 year plan that I believe will change this to new growth and opportunities!

Pros

Supportive team culture, collaborative environment, and strong opportunities to learn the insurance industry quickly. Fast growth creates energy and momentum within the company

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies, processes and structure can sometimes lag behind the growth. Workloads can be demanding, and the pace may not be ideal for someone looking for a slower or more predictable environment. Because it’s still a relatively small organization, there can be limited upward mobility in the short term depending on department
