Pros

Location was on Carnaby Street Opportunity to work on an iconic global brand with strong cultural relevance. Exposure to high-profile campaigns and artist collaborations.

Cons

Poor HR department Little structured onboarding. Communication gaps between departments. Feedback culture felt punitive rather than growth-oriented. Employees during probation may feel unsupported and exposed. Probation process lacked transparency and support. Expectations were not clearly defined but performance was judged against them. Feedback was inconsistent and sometimes delivered without context. Leadership style felt reactive rather than developmental. In my experience, there were serious issues around inclusion and cultural awareness within leadership. Concerns raised regarding racial bias and treatment were not meaningfully addressed. HR did not feel neutral or supportive when sensitive issues were escalated. Probation process lacked transparency and structure. Feedback often felt subjective rather than performance-based. Psychological safety within the team felt limited.

Pros

No Pros. Go work at a better place for $15/hour. Too much bullying. Too many bosses to report to. Too many reports to write weekly and monthly. Not worth the money.

Cons

Don't do it - go to work somewhere else for such low pay.
