      Pros

      Great people to work with. Some really smart people are stuck here while G/O Digital circles the drain. Enjoyable working here but no job security and horrible health care.

      Cons

      No leadership whatsoever. The CEO is incompetent and most of the VPs live in their own little bubbles. It is a shame, the CEO took over this company and is incapable of running it. We have changed direction numerous times under his reign. I won't say under his leadership because he is not a leader and doesn't have the intelligence or vision to lead.
