Pros
Leading Provider of Pharmaceutical Cleanrooms in the world. Excellent opportunities for growth. Excellent benefits. I have seen reviews from obviously disgruntled employees. The Mgmt. team has been in place since the beginning of the company's growth and has built the Company from a small construction shop to a global player in the pharma and biotech cleanroom industry. The product produced now is light years better than the initial prototypes built in 2009 (the year the company started) and the company is now a well-organized entity with well-defined positions and departments. 6 of the top 10 pharma companies in the world are now customers. Mgmt. started a bonus program 2-3 years ago that allows all employees to participate in bonuses when the company does well. I have witnessed Mgmt. pay for funerals and contribute significantly to fundraisers for employees or others in need. I have witnessed members of Mgmt. assist employees at their homes during the big Tx freeze and others in need during Hurricane Harvey. Members of Mgmt. are well-known in the industry, being asked to speak at conferences and trade shows routinely, and winning awards for a lifetime of service to the industry. The Mgmt. leadership team has 19 members. 14 of them were promoted into the team which is evidence of the opportunity for growth at the company. The company is consistently trying to improve which can be unsettling to employees who like routines and do not embrace change.
Cons
Clients are the pharma and biotech industry with very exacting requirements, high level of skill and dedication is required. Employees who desire to punch a clock and get paid will not do well here. One of the other reviews noted that the company made significant profits and Mgmt kept it all. Unfortunately, the company has never experienced that type of success. If we did, that amount of profit would go to our owners, into building the company, and into bonuses for the entire employee population.
