Not the best practices in regards to coding and the database. Codes were not commented as much as they should and the tables (and their respective columns) in the database had non-intuitive and misleading names. It all made information hard to find and code made by other people was hard to read without author's help.
Integration with IT was also not the best - IT would take longer to reply to us than other brands/sectors within the group.
