Pros
Some people were nice to work with, have made a couple of long term friends.
Cons
-Nepotism, staff who would be fired elsewhere due to incompetence remain at the core due to family ties -On the face of it, they appear to do the right things/tick the right boxes but that is not what is going on behind closed doors -Quantity is appreciated over quality - People who have been given management roles are very small minded - The CEO rules with a culture of fear, fires staff on a whim
