Pros
Lovely coworkers Good tips at busy locations
Cons
Fuzz was going to stay open during the pandemic while home office employees worked from home. They didn't care if we got sick as long as they made money. Home office actually thought it would "be better" for us if the wax bars stayed open. Fuzzologists aren't people to them, and their clients aren't either. Just moneymakers. The pressure to sell products is gross. People who come in every month on a monthly plan aren't going to buy stuff every time they come in. It's common sense. They insist on paying minimum wage which means you're praying for tips. They can pay more, they just don't want to. The owners take vacations all the time and are opening new locations all the time but they can't pay us more than minimum wage?
