Pros
ThinkingPhones is wiping the floor with its competition, the LEADERSHIP is WORLD CLASS. Don't work here if you are not prepared to work, they only want the best and there is a reson for this. All the negative reviews are old lazy hands that were let go, taking the company nowhere. The culture now is amazing, everyone pulling in one direction. World class enablement and there really are ripples in the market from ThinkingPhones. Record year sales wise and the next Salesforce for sure.
Cons
Difficult but the only thing to be said is growing pain, recruitment of world class talent takes time and Steve has done a tremendous job of this. The ground is laid now to propel us into a multi billion dollar business.
