Pros
A lot of these reviews talk about how much they like the day to day office amenities, management and coworkers. Those are all great... but what I like the most is the technical challenge. The leads encourage us to become familiar with all products, not just the ones our team owns. Letting all of our teams work together forces us to branch out and we end up with better ideas all around. This is a fast paced company and I know everyone on my team wants to keep it that way. We all know what it’s like to work somewhere boring where the days seem endless, and Futurex will never be like that. I get excited about starting every week, and that feeling is why I want to work at Futurex until I retire (a long time from now).
Cons
I can’t think of any major cons, but it’s true that crypto is tough to pick up at first. Be ready to learn fast... The family-style culture is real here and everyone will go above and beyond to help you, but in the end it’s your responsibility to set the pace of learning you need to succeed.
