CEO/President of the company greets everyone personally by visiting them every morning (literally he spends time with each employee and asks for their opinions). The leadership of this company is very helpful, and they are always available and willing to do whatever is needed to help you in your career and personal growth. Management is little laid back, just to provide comfort and support to their employees. Like anywhere else, when times get busy it can be little stressful but management picks up and does their best to boost morale.
