Pros
no work life balance, and they will think that is normal, nothing formal, company has no proper employee management systems, no id cards for that matter, company is struggling to keep up economically, not able to pay employees on time, steer away software developers, job security tends to zero.
Cons
No proper management, software developers stay away, previous codebase is spaghetti code, no code review, no proper SDLC followed, somehow deploy when customer is pressuring. Frequent change of managers. Project Managers have zero experience in Software Development. There was also no Provident Fund (PF) and payslips which is not legal
