      - Young colleagues - Energetic & fast-paced working environment

      Cons

      - No training provided to anyone irrespective of whether they hire a fresher or an experienced professional - Employees are expected to know anything & everything and even a minor mistake would result into extreme humiliation and insult - Extremely arrogant & rude attitude towards employees - Crude language used with employees - Loads of work coupled with insufficient pay - No efforts taken to retain employees or at least to ensure employee satisfaction & motivation - No work life balance

      Hi, Sorry to read this rather harsh review on Glassdoor. We are a young company setting up the right processes, employing young talent and offering a fast-paced work environment to everyone. We have taken steps to improve the training and development with induction, improved interaction and mentorship system across the organization.

      - Good place to learn and growth - Reporting Managers are supportive - Work life balance

      Cons

      - If the CEO is in a good mood, everyone is in a good mood. If he's in a bad mood, he ruins everyone's mood - A very senior person who interferes in others' work and constantly finds faults despite having no work himself - and the entire office agrees
