I have been an employee at FutureOn for the past two years, and I can confidently say that it has been an incredible experience. FutureOn is a company that values innovation and encourages its employees to think creatively, which has allowed me to produce amazing technical solutions. The culture at FutureOn is truly remarkable and is deeply rooted in Scandinavian values and beliefs. Everyone works together as one, and we are encouraged to share our ideas to achieve common goals. The respect and freedom that each member of the team shows to one another is something that I have never experienced before in a workplace. FutureOn has invested in my career growth in so many ways. I have been offered the opportunity to attend amazing tech conferences, such as KubeCon and AWS re:Invent, and have received all the training that I could ever want or need. Every single member of the senior leadership team is always available and provides amazing feedback. Overall, I’m grateful working with a company that values its employees and encourages growth, creativity, and innovation. - Super flexible - Great office in a lovely part of the UK (Winchester) - Great tech (4k curved screens, great spec MacBook/laptop, modern tech stack) - Work from home/work from the office/work from wherever as long as the work is done
