Terrible management / CEO was great along with product team / Very little clarity on who I should report to. No HR department.

Super bright, capable and resourceful people. Straight forward, transparent, non-hierarchical, Scandinavian work culture where all voices are heard and taken into considerations. Increasing focus on employee well being. Remote work for many. Amazing product with enormous potential.

It is still a scale up and if you are looking for a super stable, large, corporate style employer with all tools, processes and benefits in place this is not necessarily for you. To thrive at FutureOn, you should enjoy a bit of "arms and legs" and sometimes you may not have the large systems and support around you that you would have in a large well established company.
