      Pros

      The residents are amazing to talk to.

      Cons

      This company looks out for its own. Majority of the upper management is one race. Upper management lacks diversity. It’s only room to grow if you’re a nurse or if you have family in upper management. Nepotism is real in this company. They care about the work only. Not your well being unless you’re in the “circle”

      Pros

      Individual benefits are solid. Vacation/holiday/Sick hours, Leadership cares about doing the right thing for residents.

      Cons

      Family medical benefits are expensive

      Pros

      I enjoyed everything working for this company. There was always opportunity to grow on the career ladder. Work/life balance was very good. This company valued continuing education and always provided opportunities to learn more and become a better health care professional. I can't say enough good things.

      Cons

      There were no cons for me. I miss working there.
