Pros
The company and CEO care so much about people. There's an incredibly positive environment full of people from all over the world. You have a lot of say on projects and in the company as a whole and there's little hierarchy or bureaucracy. The people are supportive and super friendly and you can be yourself at work whether you're a parent, have mental health issues (or other health issues), or want to change your role over time. A lot of people ask me when I plan to move to another place but I never have plans to leave, which I think is quite rare in the London tech scene. There's a lot of good perks and outings and just an all-around happy family, as cheesy as it sounds.
Cons
The company isn't huge so in some areas, there is lacking process/guidelines in some situations. If you're someone who needs a lot of oversight/hands-on teaching every day, you might find it hard to learn here because all managers are also full time in their field.
