Just that the work should be completed on time. - Good Team to work with. Every one is supportive - Pay hike is there provided your work is good and you are with the company. - Considers a lot and understands staff situation

- Have lots of responsibilities - Pay is ok but if you are getting an opportunity to learn...it is way better than being on bench or being on support
