I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Future Group, and I feel compelled to share my deeply negative experience with this company. My interactions with Future Group have left me frustrated and thoroughly disappointed. It all began in the spring when I applied for a position as an interpreter at Future Group. After a seemingly endless waiting period, I finally received a response in June. I was delighted to hear that I had been offered the position and eagerly started the training process, investing time and effort into preparing for my new role. I completed the training on July 10th. However, my optimism quickly faded when I received a rejection from Future Group in August, stating that I did not qualify. This abrupt dismissal after weeks of training was perplexing and disheartening, to say the least. It seemed as though Future Group had no regard for the time and energy I had dedicated to their training. Despite this initial setback, my ordeal with Future Group was far from over. In a surprising turn of events, they reached out to me once more on September 20th, offering me a position with the company. Eager for employment and impressed by the compensation package, I accepted the offer with high hopes. Regrettably, my optimism was misplaced yet again. Future Group assured me that they would send me my work schedule, but as of now, I have received nothing. They have once again left me in the dark, without any communication or clarity regarding my role or responsibilities. This unethical behavior has wasted not only my time but also my opportunities. Twice, I rejected offers from other companies, fully believing that I would be working with Future Group. Their consistent failure to follow through on promises, their lack of communication, and their apparent disregard for prospective employees have left me feeling exploited and disrespected. In summary, my experience with Future Group has been marred by unprofessionalism, mismanagement, and a blatant disregard for the time and commitment of potential employees. I would strongly caution anyone considering employment with this company to think twice. Future Group's actions have displayed a lack of integrity and respect, leaving a trail of unfulfilled promises and dashed hopes in their wake.
