Top management too much busy, and unable to see band 3D to 4B doing what? too many teams involved in same-many this at same time! Power in hands of manager to favor few/ exploit few others! People on floor are sometimes more qualified than people sitting in offices, Under-utilization of Qualified people into sales/operation/ while managerial/analytical skills suffer!
