Great company - IT Support Engineer Future Forwarding Employee Review

Company had great values of teamwork and I experienced great work/life balance. Everyone was ready and excited to teach me in my role, often going above what was expected of them.

The company cares but not equally about everyone. Dependent on who’s making the decisions and whats they think of you, there may be some perks.

If you are not regarded highly or fall from grace, they wont pay you any mind except to jump when the opportunity arises to terminate you. Some management has never worked anywhere else but this company and that prevents them from doing anything different than what they have done for years. Good ol’ boy ideology is followed by some influentials so if you’re anything but cis male, good luck. Oh, there is lots of nepotism in practice… lots!
