4yThanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We know we have work to do to really define a career path for all colleagues. The first step in this has already started with a huge exercise to group all our roles into 'work families' so that we can then set out how people go up the ladder from one role to the other. It'd be great to hear more on what your experience has been so that we can use it to help build this vision for the Future - please do reach out to the People Team if you feel able. In terms of setting up for our hybrid working approach, we're really sorry that this process was frustrating for you.
