Compensation for our staff is a constant conversation at Future, and not something ever taken lightly. Negotiating your position, responsibilities, and pay is something done on a regular basis with every staff member, through tools like 121 and quarterly evaluations. A critical part of this process is built on the staff negotiating for themselves, which is made clear to everyone on a regular basis.
Your accusation that we pay managers well above market average and staff well below is entirely inaccurate, but it's an understandable frustration if you believed this was the case as you were leaving.
