Toxic and messy place - Anonymous employee Future Directions Employee Review

Management and Staff are really far from following the Company's training induction, which is the only thing that is good. Management play the favourites by letting certain employees to unfairly do what they want and bully others with no disciplinary action. I worked in 2 places and noticed how poorly medications are managed. Night Staff took them out even when they didn't administer them only to do favours to Day Staff. The management agreed with that! I was booked driving lessons without my consent and they took the cost of them off my wage when I left.
