Pros
When I hear people talk about "loving what they do and/or the company they work for", I can take it one step further. I am proud to say I am IN LOVE with what I do, and more importantly, IN LOVE with my company. I have been with FusionStorm for almost 3 years now. Since day one, I have been treated with the utmost respect, and have always felt important and valued. I am given autonomy and rewarded accordingly for success. Input for improvement is not only heard, but acted upon. There is complete open door communication, and positive reinforcement. My direct manager, as well as the two managers up from him are supportive and fair. The benefits and rewards are top notch. I could not ask for anything more.
Cons
The only "con" I can think of is seeing disgruntled employees say disgusting things about FusionStorm. My firm belief: If someone is that unhappy, GO FIND happiness elsewhere and stop living in misery. To work for FusionStorm is an HONOR, and it infuriates me to see anyone talk negatively about it.
